Lions Club Gravel Grinder postponed to late 2021
Lions Club Wilro Park announced the postponement of their annual cycling event last year due to the restrictions of the coronavirus pandemic.
Cycling junkies will have to wait just a little bit longer for the Gravel Grinder fix.
Lions Club Wilro Park announced the postponement of their annual cycling event last year due to the restrictions of the coronavirus pandemic. The date had originally been moved to an April 2021 date but further complications around the fallout from the pandemic have made than new date unviable.
Lions Club Wilro Park announced via their Facebook page earlier this month, “A decision has been taken by the organisers of the Wilro Lions Gravel Grinder, again in the light of various restrictions, regulations and uncertainty around Covid-19, to hold the event in the second half of 2021. As the future of the Covid situation becomes clearer, a definite date will be announced.”
