MMA fighters from local gym heading to Nationals

At the end of January, the fighters will represent Gauteng in the National Championships.

Twelve Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Fighters from Raptorock MMA and Fitness have been chosen to compete in the National Championships in Port Elizabeth on January 27. The winners will then go to the Africa Games that will take place in March.

The chosen fighters include Leroy Graham, Braydon Graham, Justin Underhil, Moabi Moncho, Corne Pennells, Quinley Scraton, Kamohelo Mokubung, Jefferson Khumalo Jnr, Sydwell Tlhola, Ayden Kühn, L’nealle Julie and Thamsanqa Qaba. The coaches are Miandi de Lange and Shadrack Yemba.

One Golden Lions Fighter, Divan Wiessener, was also selected to represent Gauteng at Nationals in Port Elizabeth.
