Double win for Emily
Charter College is beaming with pride as their netball star is selected for the SA U23 squad.
Emily Chapman, a learner from Charter College International, proudly represented Gauteng in the U23 Ladies Interprovincial Indoor Netball Tournament, bringing home not only one, but two medals.
Emily played a key role in Gauteng’s stellar performance, with the team clinching gold in the six-a-side category and silver in the seven-a-side division. Her dedication, skill, and team spirit stood out throughout the tournament, earning her national recognition.
In a crowning moment, Emily has now been selected for the South African U23 training squad in preparation for the Super World Cup next year. This selection marks a major step forward in her athletic career, putting her on the path to potentially compete in one of the top indoor netball tournaments.
