Braving the chill at Bryanston Parkrun
Families, groups of friends and even a few enthusiastic dogs joined the Bryanston Parkrun on a cold day.
A frosty winter morning did not deter Bryanston’s dedicated runners and walkers from showing up in impressive numbers for the local parkrun on June 28.
While the icy breeze might have tempted some to stay under the covers, the scenic Bryanston Park offered the perfect setting for those who chose to face the cold head-on.

Participants wrapped up in layers of colourful sports gear, beanies pulled low and gloves firmly on, ready to tackle the familiar 5km trail.
For many, the chilly weather was more invigorating than intimidating.
