FC Pro Athletico goes grassroots Sandown High School

Local soccer club FC Pro Athletico is getting back to its roots by hosting training sessions at Sandown High School, including two free trials for first-timers.

FC Pro Athletico hosted a training session on February 7 at the Sandown High School grounds, marking another step in the club’s return to grassroots football in Sandton.

Although the number of players is still small, founder and head coach Chris Dlamini said he is fully committed to teaching football skills and rebuilding the club step by step.

“Even if the numbers are low right now, I give the same effort. What matters is that the children who are here are learning and enjoying the game.”

Dlamini said the club currently employs six coaches, allowing young players to receive proper attention and guidance during training.

To encourage new players to join, FC Pro Athletico is offering two free trial sessions for first-time players. All you need to do is come to the field and join in with the team.
