Local CEO partners with global heavyweight
SANDOWN – Since its inception in 1998, Ayanda Mbanga Communications has operated a comprehensive online platform which advertises the latest job opportunities.
Local businesswoman Ayanda Mbanga continues to make strides in the private sector.
The Sandton CEO’s communications firm, Ayanda Mbanga Communications, recently celebrated 23 years in the talent industry by partnering with global professional network LinkedIn.
The company has been appointed as a partner for LinkedIn Talent Solutions in the South African market, helping to expand its footprint of customers.
According to Mbanga, it is both a privilege and an honour to be approached by a leading network such as LinkedIn. “Once you’re partnering with an international organisation with offices all over the world and sharing daily operational responsibilities, that differentiate you as a global player.

“The story behind this deal is no longer about being black, female and BBBEE-compliant. It has become about deliverables and our reputation of being able to deliver on our promises.”
Since its inception in 1998, Ayanda Mbanga Communications has operated a comprehensive online platform which advertises the latest job opportunities in an array of industries such as provincial and local governments, education institutions and the non-profit sector.
Mbanga added that although the deal has been signed, the real hard work begins now. “More than ever before, we are going to need the support from our staff, clients and the government. Now we need to make things happen.”
