Hijackers sought by Police
According to the victim, he was in the process of parking his car at his residence in Henley-on-Klip when two armed black males entered his premises and demanded that he give them the car keys and the remote of the gate. The suspects subsequently robbed the victim off his possessions, got into the car and drove away.
MEYERTON. – Police need assistance regarding information on the men in the photograph after a hijacking took place in Henley-on-Klip on 21 March 2015.
According to the victim, he was in the process of parking his car at his residence in Henley-on-Klip when two armed black males entered his premises and demanded that he give them the car keys and the remote of the gate. The suspects subsequently robbed the victim off his possessions, got into the car and drove away.
Vereeniging Police Spokesperson Captain Fikile Funda says, “The suspects made away with an undisclosed amount of cash, two cell phones and the victim’s Mercedez Benz.
“We urge any member of the community with information on the men in the photograph to contact the investigating officer Warrant Officer Malope Ben Diale urgently on 083 336 7944 or 016 228 0400 or the nearest police station.
