Bophelong woman arrested for killing boyfriend

It is said that the woman and the boyfriend were involved in an argument when she subsequently stabbed him. When she realised what she had done, she then called another boyfriend to come and help her. The two the tried to get rid of the evidence.

VANDERBIJLPARK. – Vanderbijlpark police spokesperson sergeant Gertrude Makhale reports that a 22-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly killing her boyfriend.

It is said that the woman and the boyfriend were involved in  an argument when she subsequently stabbed him. When she realised what she had done, she then called another boyfriend to come and  help her. The two the tried to get rid of the evidence.

Mkhale says, “The knife was found hidden in the neighbours yard under a cardboard. Blankets were also recovered as they tried to get rid of them too. The suspect  confessed to the murder after she was thoroughly questioned by the police who did not believe her when she said she found the boyfriend dead and did not know who had killed him.”

The woman was arrested and is being charged with murder and defeating the ends of justice while her other boyfriend has also been arrested with a charge of defeating the ends of justice.
