W/O Seaman, Sedibeng Flying Squad
VANDERBIJLPARK. – On Monday 2019-01-14 flexi relief members of Sedibeng K9 W/O Juanita Rost, Sgt Nkosinathi Mira, Cst Pule Hlabayo and Cst Boitomelo Sontundu together with tracker dog handler W/O Piere Pieterse and Sgt Hester De Klerk searched a house in Rust Ter Vaal De Deur after members of the community complained about dagga that was sold from the house especially to school children. Upon arrival the members explained the reason for them being there and W/O Rost used her narcotics dog to search the house and in the one bedroom the dog reacted positive. Inside a wardrobe drugs where found and Sgt De Klerk also found more drugs inside the house. One African female was arrested for possession and dealing in drugs. The suspect was detained at De Deur SAPS and will appear in the Vereeniging Magistrates court soon on drug charges.
