The Vanderbijlpark SAPS is investigating a culpable homicide case docket following an incident that occurred on the 19th January 2019 at 08:45, at President Kruger Vanderbijlpark CBD. Where Mr. Marthinus Lourens Fivaz 71years was alleged hit by a Quantum in the CBD.
Mr. Fivaz was rushed to the local hospital and he lost his life on the 8th March 2019. The police are asking anyone who has witness or has information about the reckless and negligent driving in the CBD which is now changed to culpable homicide to please come forward to make a statement as this can be of assistance with the investigation and be a healing process or bring closure to the family.
