WATCH: Bontle Photsane shares simple aerobics workout to try at home

SEBOKENG.-  Good  Life Sports Manager Bontle Photsane says discipline has to be the best friend to the ang old during this lockdown.

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Photsane who is also aerobics and fitness instructor says lockdown doesn’t mean it is a holiday.
She gives advises how the community should stay healthy and fit by exercising for next 14 days remaining.
“We should drink lots of water to stay hydrated and ensure that you don’t skip a day without work out. It doesn’t mean we must relax neglect our body due to lockdown. We must still maintain our level of fitness especially our health,” she told Sedibeng Ster Sport.
Photsane encourages the following: Use skipping rope for 30 seconds (3 per sets), 60 jumping jacks (3 per sets). This means you will do 20 per set. She also adds that 60 jump squads (3 per sets).
She believes these will be be a great help to not only for athletes but also for young and old in the community.
