WATCH: “Enough is enough” Sebokeng protesters march against GBV

SEBOKENG. - Women and men wearing black on Friday walked the streets of Sebokeng in efforts to put an end to Gender Based Violence.

The March is an initiative from the Tsatsi Tseke Foundation in partnership with various organizations within the Sedibeng reason.
Marchers carried two coffins, that of a woman and a child to emphasize the scourge in the killings of women and young Children.
Speaking at the march, Tseke urged women to leave abusive relationships. ‘If you don’t leave your abuser today, there is a high possibility that we will carry you out of that relationship in a coffin”
A lot of people at the march also raised issues with the justice system. Saying that a lot of perpetrators of GBV were not given harsh sentences.
