Fire disaster families receive blankets and mattresses

This was after these families pleaded to Sedibeng Ster for help.

SEBOKENG.- It was a busy week for the Sedibeng Disaster Management as they provided essentials for the families whose houses and shacks burned down recently.
The Motsoane family in Zone 10 and Banama in Zone 12, whom Sedibeng Ster reported about their houses burning last week (Fire leaves two families homeless, P3), received mattresses and blankets after the fire left them with nothing.
The project was spearheaded by Thabiso Mosiane and Noble Fortuin from the Sedibeng Disaster Management team.

These families were grateful for Sedibeng Disaster Management team’s contribution.
“We want to thank both Sedibeng Ster and Sedibeng Disaster Management team because we didn’t know where would get help. May God bless those who also contributed food parcels,” they said.
The Motsoane family received seven blankets and seven mattresses while the Banama family received six blankets and mattresses.
Sedibeng Disaster Management also donated mattress and blankets to a Barrage family that had its shack burn down recently.
