SA Tourism saddened by Mabuza passing away
Mabuza is said to have passed away due to Covid-19 complications on Wednesday night.

SEDIBENG.- The South African Tourism (SA Tourism) Board, Management, Staff and Partners are deeply saddened by the news of the passing away of its former Board Chairperson, Jabu Mabuza.
The 63-year-old, Mabuza, held various leadership roles in the tourism industry and was first appointed to the SA Tourism Board in 2003. He was also a former Eskom board Chair and businessman. Mabuza is said to have passed away due to Covid-19 complications on Wednesday night.
“It’s a sad day for the nation to lose a person of his stature and calibre as he contributed to the success of many industries and sectors, including tourism,” commented SA Tourism Board Chairperson, Siyabonga Dube.
