Car crashes into tree leaving two injured

Two men, believed to be 20-years-old, were found lying outside the vehicle.

VANDERBIJLPARK.- Last night, two men were injured when their light motor vehicle crashed into a tree on Frikkie Meyer Road in Vanderbijlpark.

ER24 arrived at 20h29 to find a car upright next to a tree. Two men, believed to be 20-years-old, were found lying outside the vehicle. Medics assessed the men and found that they had sustained serious to critical injuries.

The men were treated and provided with advanced life support interventions before being transported to Mediclinic Emfuleni and Sebokeng Provincial Hospital for urgent care. Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
