SOUTH AFRICA.- The light motor vehicle the woman was driving collided with a truck and then caught fire.

ER24 paramedics were on the scene at 19:46 along with the Secunda Fire Department. The light motor vehicle was found ablaze in the road and was extinguished by the Fire Department. Unfortunately the woman, who was entrapped in the burning car, had already succumbed to her injuries. She was declared dead on arrival by ER24. The truck driver was uninjured in the incident.

The Traffic Department as well as the South African Police Services were on the scene for further investigations.
