DA congratulates Texeira and team on clean audit

MIDVAAL.- The Democratic Alliance (DA) recently congratulated Midvaal Local Municipality Mayor, Peter Teixeira, and his team on the municipality’s clean audit for the 2021/22 financial year.
The DA said that a clean and stable government is a competent government.
“Midvaal’s consistent success shows how DA-led local governments are beacons of hope for South Africans amidst the catastrophic failures of the national government.”
The party further said that South Africans know that the DA difference means service delivery, cleaner streets, safer communities, investment, and jobs.
” While others make empty promises or play political games to destabilise the government, to the detriment of service delivery, Mayor Teixeira shows that the DA delivers for you. The DA will continue fighting tirelessly to bring a clean, stable, competent, and compassionate government to all residents of Gauteng.”
This is the municipality’s 9th consecutive clean audit.
