Lesedi Pre-School celebrates Heritage Day

SHARPEVILLE.- Tradition was the order of the day when Lesedi Pre-School joined millions of South Africans to celebrate Heritage Day in Sharpeville.

The kids came to school wearing traditional outfits that represent their different cultures. Not only them, but the teachers and parents also wore their traditional attire. It was a great day with kids being taught about their culture.

Lesedi Pre-School Principal, Nelly Sereko hailed the event as a great success. She told Sedibeng Ster that it was important for their pre-school to join millions of South Africans to celebrate the day. The pre-school children participated in various activities that formed part of celebrating Heritage Day, especially their different cultures.
