Bana Ba Bagodimo Centre’s 16th Anniversary

“I’m very proud to see some of the young people who were once part of this center as children doing well."

SEBOKENG.- Bana Ba Bagodimo Centre celebrated its 16-year anniversary in style on Tuesday.

Held at their premises at Modishi Primary School in Zone 13, Sebokeng. It was a great day with a lot of activities and entertainment. The event was attended by the Zone 13 community especially the parents of the children with government officials from the Social Development Department also gracing the occasion.

Bana Ba Bagodimo Founder, Freda “Madamfree” Motsoikha gave the background of the centre and how it started back in 2007. It was an interesting testimony to how the center started and some of the young people it produced. Motsoikha said it was not an easy journey but through perseverance and determination here they are today celebrating 16 Years Anniversary.

“I’m very proud to see some of the young people who were once part of this centre as children doing well. They started their foundation here and look at them today. Thanks to the Zone 13 community for being supportive for all these years,” she concluded.

The teachers and children entertained the guests with activities on the day.
