Expect action galore at various venues in Sedibeng
The Evaton North community will be treated to spectacle football come Saturday.
EVATON.- There will be action galore at the various venues in Sedibeng with Emfuleni Local Football Association’s (ELFA) Super League teams and Safa Sedibeng Hollywood teams battling it out for three points this weekend.
The games start on Friday afternoon when United Kingdom Academy clashes against Happiness Development in the much-anticipated top-of-the-table Super League match FC at Qedilizwe ground in Evaton.
The match kick-off is at 16:00.
This game is expected to produce fireworks with United Kingdom Academy looking as hot red favourates to be crowned the league champions in the Evaton Stream at the end of the season if their current performance is anything to go by.
Palm Springs United FC welcomes Army Gym FC from Heidelberg in the Safa Sedibeng Hollywood Regional League match at Qedilizwe on Saturday.
The game kick-off is at 11:00.
This game will be followed by another Hollywood Regional League match between Vaal Juventus FC and Metro Stars FC.
Kick-off time is 13:00.
Juventus FC comes into this encounter as favourates with Metro Stars FC’s inconsistency seemingly being their downfall after they started the season on a high note. Stars FC is to be blamed for the position they find themselves in, in the league. These are some of the teams that battle to avoid relegation at the end of the season.
It will be a triple header with Chock Junior Stars hosting Tokyo Sports Development Academy at the same venue in the afternoon.

The game kick-off is at 9:00 followed by the games between Kingdom Academy and Mafube Arsenal FC at 11:00. Future Stars FC will lock horns against Kempton Park FC in another Super League match at the same venue. The main game will be between Celta Vigo Development FC against Meyerton Rangers FC in the Safa Sedibeng Hollywood Regional League.
