Judah Drive extends support to Sasolburg’s homeless

Popular televangelist, Bishop Sekete together with members of his church extended a helping hand by feeding the homeless in Sasolburg CBD.

SASOLBURG – A community-focused initiative under the House of Praise Ministries, Judah Drive, launched its community outreach programme, extending a helping hand to the homeless.

On July 2, the team successfully conducted its first outreach event in the Sasolburg CBD, providing essential support to the homeless and hopeless in the area.

During the event, the Judah Drive team distributed food, clothing, and shoes to those in need, while also sharing the gospel and offering words of hope and encouragement.

This initiative is part of the organisation’s commitment to serving the community and making a positive impact in the lives of those who require it most.

Speaking to Ster, head of Judah Drive, Mmamorena Sekete said, “We are thrilled to have launched this initiative and are committed to continuing this work. We urge those with a heart for the community to join us in this effort by donating blankets, clothing, shoes, food, or any other items that might be of help. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most.”

The Judah Drive called on individuals and organisations to support their ongoing initiative by donating essential items or volunteering their time.

“Every contribution, big or small, will go a long way in bringing hope and support to those in need,” she said
