VANDERBIJLPARK – Ping pong was the order of the day at Quest Conference Centre as dozens of table tennis players battled it out during the 988 tournament.
The tourney saw tempers high and paddles flying as the venue turned into a warzone of speed and razor-sharp reflexes over the Easter wekend.

Hailing from different provinces and countries, the showdown saw stars coming from across Southern Africa storming the venue, bearing tough competition.
Players from Botswana, Cape Town, Free State, and Lesotho descended on Vanderbijlpark, all chasing glory and bragging rights.

From the first serve to the final smash, the atmosphere was nothing short of explosive. Spectators watched in awe as men and women showcased lightning-fast footwork, deadly precision, and nerves of steel.
Chetan Nathoo, Danisha Patel, Wayden Brown, and Ruan Scholtz, among many others, graced the event.
