Help police locate missing Lerato Motaung

Sasolburg police have called for help in finding missing Lerato Motaung, who was last seen going to a local clinic.

SASOLBURG – She left her home on May 6, going to a local medical facility for her regular treatment.
Unlike her usual routine, this time, she never came back home.

The police in Sasolburg are urging residents or anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of Lerato Motaung to help find the missing mama.

In a statement issued by the police, it is alleged that Motaung left her home around 08:00 on the above-mentioned day.

Sergeant Josephine Rani told the paper that her cousins claim they have exhausted all efforts to reach out to the 46-year-old woman, hence they opted to open a missing persons case.

Rani said the family is unaware of which hospital she visited, and the clothing she was wearing at the time of her disappearance is unknown.

“Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ms Motaung is urged to contact Detective Sergeant Tryphina Radebe on 082 466 7939 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111. Anonymous tip-offs may also be submitted through the MySAPS App,” she said.
