Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM) has issued an advisory for Beverly Hills and Evaton residents to use water sparingly as necessary repairs of a leaking 600 mm steel pipe at the Zone 12 valve chamber are taking place.

In a statement on Tuesday, August 22, ELM said no ETR can be shared.
