The result board at the National Results Operation Centre of the Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) and website are currently down.

In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the IEC apologised for the issue with the public facing NPE system. The IEC says the results system is still operational and local offices continue to capture results.
