VANDERBIJLPARK. – The Emerald Resort and Casino played host to the 2024 CrossFit Games Semifinal over the weekend. The CrossFit Games Semifinals makes only one stop in Africa this year as the region’s elite throw down for their one shot at a Games bid.
It was blood, sweat and tears as they gave it their all for the qualifying spots to qualify for the 2024 CrossFit Games in Fort Worth, TX, which takes place August 8 – 11.
