Manhunt launched for robbery suspects

Anyone who can identify or know the suspects' whereabouts must immediately call the investigating officer, Sergeant Seepe of Evaton Police Station at any time.

EVATON.- The Evaton Police have launched a manhunt for two suspects after a murder and robbery case that took place in September last year.

Police spokesperson, Constable Thulisile Msibi said that on September 20 last year, at around 16:00, the suspects shot an 8-year-old boy while they robbed a bakery in Evaton West, Extension 11.

“Anyone who can identify or know the suspects’ whereabouts must immediately call the investigating officer, Sergeant Seepe of Evaton Police Station at any time. You can also use our Crime Stop Line: 08600 10111 or Evaton SAPS on 016 593 9300/ 0716757225.”

The public can send their anonymous tip offs via SAPS SMS line: 32211, alternatively, the public can send messages using MySAPS and choose to remain anonymous.
