Searches at Sharpeville schools
The purpose of the search at the two schools was to address bullying, theft, drugs, and possession of dangerous weapons.

SHARPEVILLE. – The Sharpeville Social Crime Prevention Coordinator together with Community Policing Forum (CPF), Youth Desk, Siyabangena patrollers, and conventional patrollers conducted a school search at two local schools this week.
The searches we conducted at Mohlodi Secondary and Matsie Steyn Primary Schools.
Police spokesperson, Constable Busisiwe Sango said that the purpose of the search at the two schools was to address bullying, theft, drugs, and possession of dangerous weapons.
