School talk at Emmanuel

The learners were addressed about gangsterism, respect, and positive thinking.

SHARPEVILLE.-  The Sharpeville SAPS Social Crime Coordinator and Sector Manager, supported by the Community Policing Forum (CPF), Crime Prevention Wardens (CPW), Social Development and Youth desk conducted a school talk at Emmanuel Primary School in Phelandaba recently.

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, police spokesperson, Constable Busisiwe Sango, said that the learners were addressed about gangsterism, respect, and positive thinking.

“Warrant Officer Thokoane condemned fighting and ganging against others. He encouraged the learners to reflect positively on one another and reminded the learners of why they were at school,” she said.

The school thanked the SAPS and the stakeholders for conducting the school talk and also appreciated how the law enforcers always respond to their calls for help.
