SEBOKENG.- Vaal Dojo Karate Club shone at Matlosana Tournament held in North West Province over the weekend.

This Zone 11, Sebokeng based karate club made their community proud when they brought trophies and medals home.

The club which is made up of passionate young martial artists and their dedicated coaches showcased discipline, resilience and skill stood out among the many competitors at the tournament. Not only that, the club will compete in the two major tournaments in Durban and Pretoria on April 26 and May 10 respective.

This was revealed to Sedibeng Ster Sport by the club Sensei Lerato Mohanoe.

Mohanoe said for the club to attend these above mentioned events they are going to need assistance in the form of finance or sponsorship.

“As we prepare for these major tournaments we are going to need help from businesses, community, organisations and individuals for donations,” he concluded,
