Jaiva Kleva Dance Competition showcases electrifying performances

Despite the rain, approximately 400 supporters filled the venue, showing true community spirit.

SEBOKENG.- The Jaiva Kleva Dance Competition, proudly implemented by Invention Productions, once again lit up Zone 3 with electrifying performances and raw street talent recently.

Guided by the slogan “Unlocking Hidden Talents,” the event created a powerful platform for dancers to showcase their skills in Pantsula, Sbujwa, Hip Hop, and other vibrant styles.

Hosted at Bonner Hall at Wilberforce Community College in Evaton, Invention Productions—under the leadership of chairperson Tshibollo Invention Ramaisa—remains one of Sedibeng’s foremost arts centres. The event was made possible for the second time through a strong partnership with Batsogile Community Organisation.

This year’s competition brought together incredible groups such as Bad Boy Pantsula, Vaal Supreme Pantsula, Scrumptious Entertainment, and many more.

2025 Winners:

  • Best Group: Koko Dance Production (Pholokong)
  • Best Solo: Sboniso (Majazane)

  1. Sboniso
  2. Makhekheleza
  3. Musa The Frozer

Special appreciation goes to guest artists Nceba the Vocalist and Lady Perfectionist, the judging panel, stage managers, MC Tshibollo Ramaisa, and the entire Invention Productions team.

With support from partners including the Department of Health, GCSF-SAC, The Kingdom Care Centre, and Batsogile Community Organisation, the event was a resounding success.

Invention Productions, offering programmes in dance, music, acting, modelling, and visual art, continues to make a meaningful impact in Sedibeng. The Jaiva Kleva Dance Competition stands as a proud testament to their ongoing commitment to arts, youth development, and community growth.
