SEDIBENG.- Gauteng MEC for Environment, Ewan Botha, led the 2026 Back to School Campaign at Emmanuel Primary School in Sharpeville on Wednesday.

The visit formed part of the #GPBackToSchool programme to monitor a smooth start to the academic year. To ensure safe, supportive and environmentally conscious learning spaces, Botha also planted trees and handed over waste bins to the school.
