Thato Mosesi selected to represent Sedibeng at Men’s National Netball Championships
The Sedibeng Netball Federation has been without a sponsor for some time.
SEDIBENG.- Thato Mosesi has been chosen to represent Sedibeng in the U23A Men’s Team at the Men’s National Netball Championships in the Eastern Cape, which will run from October 4 to 17.
Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Mosesi explained that he and his fellow squad members must each raise R6 460 to cover the costs of accommodation, transport, meals, a tracksuit, and a warm-up T-shirt.

Because the Sedibeng Netball Federation has been without a sponsor for some time, athletes are forced to raise funds independently, with the federation relying on fundraising tournaments to help support its members.
Mosesi described the upcoming tournament as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, noting that the championships are used to select players for the South African national team.
He made a special plea to the Good Samaritans to assist him and make his dream come true to participate in this tournament.
“I am talking on behalf of the rest of us because most of us come from disadvantaged families. We must raise the money to be part of the team. We all understand that our federation doesn’t have a sponsor, so we must also play our part to raise funds for ourselves,” Mosesi said.
