Sabotage my voet!

I had thought I would be discussing another topic but after listening to Metro FM Sports Show last week, I have no choice but to addresses this matter!

SEDIBENG.-  When TOUCHLINE had thought that this was water under the bridge, Safa Sedibeng President Solly Mkhabela suddenly shoots himself under the foot.

Mkhabela said that “heads are going to roll” in his interview with Metro FM Sports recently as he believes what happened, which resulted in the Safa SAB League being declared null and void, was sabotage.

Sabotage my voet!  Which head(s) should be rolling if TOUCHLINE may ask?

Sabotage for what and by who? Mkhabela said this on national radio station claiming that Safa Sedibeng SAB League players played without proper cards or being registered under MySafa. He claimed this had something to do with Safa Sedibeng elections and to make him fail.

Really Mkhabela!

I think Mkhabela wants to tell us something that we don’t know. In fact, he wants us to believe that the Regional League Coordinator, Mandla Dipanyekga sabotaged him or the region, how so? But for what, why would Dipanyekga want to sabotage him or the region. Dipanyekga has nothing to do with elections as Mokhabela claims.

This is not an attack on Mkhabela but TOUCHLINE believes that he, Mkhabela, must take the blame for what happened as the ‘Captain of the ship’. There is no one that he can blame when the situation is like this. He must take the  blame as a real leader than pointing fingers on his juniors. It was embarrassing for him to go on a national radio station and blame other people. There is too much rot taking place at Safa Sedibeng and they didn’t see this coming, because for years now this region has been run like a pawn shop, with a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude. For years now some people have become very comfortable and run our football like their personal properties.

TOUCHLINE doesn’t even know most of those Safa Sedibeng Executive Members who were recently voted into office. I have been in the newsroom for my entire life and I don’t know most of their executive members. Those who ‘voted with their stomachs’ have undermined our intelligence.
