The fun-filled excursions aimed to stimulate and educate

HLANGANANI’s grade 3 pupils went on an enjoyable excursion to Mac Bananas in Port Edward recently. Activities included a tour of the banana plantation where pupils were taught how bananas are planted, nurtured and harvested. Pupils also enjoyed quad bike and pony rides, as well as the giant trampoline. It was a fun-filled experience.

A group of 39 gr 7 pupils visited Teen Ranch in Port Edward recently and were accompanied by Derrick Erasmus and Helen Wiggett. Pupils spent two nights at the ranch and returned to school two days later. They took part in many activities including an obstacle course, foefie slide, swimming, lectures, soccer and volleyball. The meals were varied, delicious and enjoyable. This excursion proved to be stimulating and educational and the gr 7 pupils are to be applauded for their good behaviour.
