Islamic School’s concerted creativity

Pupils displayed their creative talents at the recent ‘Jalsa’ concert.

ISLAMIC School pupils have been tirelessly rehearsing for the ‘Jalsa’ concert where grades 1 to 6 pupils displayed their creative talents at the civic centre.

The school begins the fourth term by wishing Tasneem Manack, the mathematics and social sciences teacher, a well-deserved accouchement break before the birth of her second baby. Teachers Kashief Jagot and Farzana Adat will continue to teach her classes.

Parent/teacher consultations for grades 7 to 12 were held in the school hall recently and parents will be advised by the various teachers with regards to the performance and progress of their children.
