‘Suicide Bend’ strikes again

The three are extremely lucky to have escaped serious injury, or even death.

A FATHER and his two children have been taken to hospital after the vehicle in which they were travelling left the road on the notorious ‘Suicide Bend’ in Sunwich Port a short while ago.

The vehicle crashed through the railings on the bridge and came to a stop partially submerged in the river. The three managed to exit the vehicle and make their way to safety.

All emergency services responded to the scene. The road has been cleared and traffic is flowing normally. The recovery of the vehicle is expected to take place tomorrow (Friday). For more pics, click here
