Lagoon Grill has a new menu to tempt taste buds

IF you are looking for a tranquil dining experience, The Lagoon Grill, overlooking a sparkling pool and the sleepy waters of the Umhlangamkulu lagoon at San Lameer, rates amongst the best. There’s also the choice of dining alfresco under the stars, or indoors in the spacious, well appointed restaurant.
At the end of each month, The Lagoon Grill hosts buffet evenings. With the restaurant planning to introduce themed-style events, offering special menus, stunning decor and live entertainment, future evenings, while still offering the traditional buffet of soup, salads, roasts, desserts and fruit platters, will be somewhat different. Patrons should watch the press for details of these special evenings.
The Lagoon Grill recently put together a new mouth-watering menu featuring a selection of freshly prepared curries. A must-try is definitely the chicken and prawn curry served with aromatic rice, hot roti, crispy papadums and spicy tomato sambals.
Also new on the menu are the seafood platters which are an affordable indulgence.
At the well stocked bar, the cocktail menu has delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixes with the most popular and most colourful being the Lagoon Special.
The Lagoon Grill also hosts a Sunday lunch buffet every week.
The restaurant is open seven days a week and caters for weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries and corporate functions, by appointment only.
