A 22-YEAR-OLD woman was allegedly drugged, raped and then offered a lift home by the man she says was responsible for this.
The woman apparently became separated from her friends at a Margate nightclub club last Wednesday and went outside to wait for a lift, said police spokesman, Captain Gerald Mfeka.
Foolishly, she accepted a lift from a stranger who took her to his flat. She claimed the man gave her something ‘like wine’ to drink and suddenly she ‘could not see clearly’.
She was convinced she was drugged and raped before being dropped off in Port Shepstone by the man.
