REPORTS just in indicate that a Gamalakhe taxi owner/driver was shot in Wartski Drive, Margate a short while ago.
It was reported that the taxi driver was shot in the leg, but got back into his taxi and drove off.
Police are at the scene. No arrests have been made.
The two warring taxi associations are currently engaged in talks with the department of transport.
