ACCORDING to reports on a local neighbourhood crime watch Whatsapp group, a baby has been ‘abducted’ from a creche in the Manaba/Shelly Beach area, by a man driving a vehicle allegedly stolen from a local panel beater (with that panel beater’s branding thereon).
At this stage, the details are sketchy and the police have been unable to confirm any such incident.
It is believed that the man could be on his way to Secunda or Upington.
