THE decomposed body found at Protea Park in Port Shepstone this morning has been identified as that of well-known vegetable seller Valayadham Munien (Naina) Govender.
Police spokesman, Lieutenant-Colonel Zandra Wiid said police have opened a murder docket. “A postmortem will be conducted to established exactly how he died,” she said.
