‘Cop killer’ accused in court
The reservist constable's boyfriend was arrested for her murder.
THE boyfriend of Margate reservist police constable Ntombi Jula is to appear in the Ramsgate Court on August 3 for her murder.
R/Cst Jula was shot, allegedly by Nelson Mavuyo Mthwane (40), after an argument. She died in Inkosi Albert Luthuli Hospital in Durban.
Her funeral was held at her home in Gcilima last Saturday.
Margate police station commander Lieutenant-Colonel Nokuthula Novandla thanked all those who made donations towards funeral costs.
