Update: N2 murder accused acquitted of charges
His co-accused will appear in court for sentencing later this month.
DIRK Pretorius (46) recently walked out of court a free man.
He was has been acquitted of all charges linked to the murder of an unidentified man discovered on the national road at Wilson’s Cutting on May 24.

Pretorius and co-accused Stephen Barnard appeared in Izingolweni Magistrate’s Court last week.
Pretorius, who was out on bail, was acquitted of all charges, while Barnard (39) pleaded guilty to the murder and will remain in custody. He will appear on August 18 for sentencing.
The victim was found with multiple stab wounds in the neck and back.
