Hibberdene murder accused granted bail

It is believed that the woman was instructed to hand over her passport.

THE woman accused of murdering Trevor Barnard (31)  appeared in the Hibberdene court yesterday.

She was granted bail of R 2000. Police spokesman, Lieutenant-Colonel Zanrda Wiid said the woman has not pleaded.

The case was postponed to August 28. It is believed that the woman was instructed to hand over her passport.

Mr Barnard’s memorial service will be held at the Hibberdene Methodist Church this Monday, 3 August at 11am.
