DRUGS worth well over R100 000 were confiscated last week when Scottburgh police searched the property of a 19-year-old man.
Excellent detective work resulted in 24-year-old Mlungisi Advocate Khanyile – arrested for stealing from his mother – leading detectives straight to the stash.
Last Thursday (February 22), Scottburgh detectives were led to a home in the Sanathan Informal Settlement area, Umzinto, where Khanyile had sold the stolen property.
