At a special ‘thank you’ ceremony at the dealership last Tuesday, chairman of the Lower South Coast Squash League, Sivy Kalkapersad, said that the Jones family had a long and committed relationship with squash in the region and its sponsorship spanned many years. Brightly coloured squash kits were distributed to all the teams.

“The Lower South Coast Squash League appreciates the Joneses’ commitment to the game.

“Both Brian and Stephen are active playing members of the squash league. We thank them for providing yet another opportunity for sports participation,” said Mr Kalkapersad.

The squash league encourages the youth and newcomers to get involved.

Brian said that he was really impressed that the Lower South Coast Squash League was making such an endeavour to enhance the development of squash on the South Coast. “I see the keen importance in developing squash skills amongst all players in order to sustain the game,” he added.
