Local attorneys to draft wills free of charge
According to the Law Society of South Africa (LSSA), by making a will you ensure that your assets are disposed of in accordance with your wishes after your death.
As has become an annual tradition, local attorneys will be drafting wills free of charge from Monday, September 17 to Thursday, September 20 as part of National Wills Week.

According to the Law Society of South Africa (LSSA), by making a will you ensure that your assets are disposed of in accordance with your wishes after your death.
LSSA co-chairmen Ettienette Barnard and Mvuzo Notyesi said homeowners, breadwinners or parents wishing to ensure that their affairs are in order are encouraged to make their way to the following local attorneys for the drafting of their free wills:
Port Shepstone: Van Zyl Retief Attorneys, Legal Aid SA, Sharlene Govender and Associates, Naicker Attorneys, Barry, Botha and Breytenbach Attorneys.
Margate: Louis Hansmeyer Attorneys and Kerry Loukakis Attorneys.
Shelly Beach: Nicolette Gouws Attorneys.
Those interested are urged to make appointments before visiting the attorney of their choice.
