Go on, take a musical drive to Izotsha Creek to meet ‘The Gentry’

Gourmet burgers will be on sale, courtesy of the talented Saffron Chefs team.

If you enjoy music that demonstrates stunning vocal harmonies then take a worthwhile drive to Izotsha Creek this Sunday, October 7. ‘Driving Miss Daisy’ will take you on a musical journey with `The Gentry’ boys, James Carlsen, Gavin Hughes, Wade Wright and John Skuy, driving the magnificent vocalist, Princess Dube.

They pay tribute to legends such as Aretha Franklin, Alicia Keys, Simon and Garfunkel, Pink Floyd, Michael Jackson, Brenda Fassie, Journey, Miriam Makeba, Lionel Ritchie, Ed Sheeran and many others. This homegrown outfit has received rave reviews for their performances – “they are seriously good, they gave me goosebumps,” said an ardent fan at a recent show in Margate.

Tickets cost R120 per person. There is a gourmet burger menu, cooked up by the talented Saffron Chefs team, and a cash bar available at the venue, which is a perfect place to spend a mellow afternoon in the company of great musos.
