Curro Creston explores new study skills

Parents with children aged between 3 and 6 are invited to the pre-primary open day next Thursday.

Curro Creston College’s gr 7 classes attended an intense study skills course presented by Bridget Gutzeit.

Pupils were given an opportunity to learn what type of pupil they are and how best they should be studying.

They were taught many essential skills for studying, including note taking, summarising and mind-mapping.

The course forms part of life skills and gr 4 pupils will be attending a similar course later in the term to prepare them for challenges in senior primary.

Sincere thanks is extended to Mrs Gutzeit for her passion and dedication.

Clark Allan will perform at the ‘Kryptonite’ concert tonight (August 1).
